Throughout my day at Jackson I experienced some amazing soul food and that I went museum. We started the afternoon eating breakfast at Estelle Wine Bar & Bistro.

Next up we passed by the Mississippi State Capitol building on the Road.

It had been an intense and emotional museum experience!

For lunch I struck up Bully’s Restaurant for a few food! I ate pork neck bones and some fried pork! It was actually really great!

From there we visited Medgar Evers House. Medgar Wiley Evers has been the nation’s field secretary of the NAACP and an African American civil rights activist in Mississippi. His historical home museum was constructed in 1956, it had been the home until his murder in 1963.

To finish the night we headed back to the Bistro and Blues around Farish Street for a few food of Johnny T. We had so many items: -Shrimp & Toast -Grits & Shrimp -Chicken Wings -Lamb Chops
